Devon Energy – Ferrier

Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided EPCM services to replace an existing ammonia refrigeration and glycol injection system at the Ferrier gas plant in central Alberta. Refrigeration capacity was increased from 10.6 MMSCF/d to 13.4 MMSCF/d of natural gas. Project scope included:

  • Replacement of existing ammonia refrigeration and glycol injection system, and dismantle of old equipment
  • Structural steel, piping, and minor civil work
