Tabula Rasa – Seminole

Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided engineering, procurement, and construction support for the install of a DexPro™ dehydration unit at Tabula Rasa’s East Seminole Field in Gain County, Texas. The DexPro™ dehydration unit has the following specifications:

  • 30 MMSCF/d Inlet Design Capacity
  • Design Conditions: 645 psig @ 150°F Main Process / 2150 psig @ 150°F High Pressure Recycle System
  • Operating Conditions: 445 psig @ 120°F Main Process / 1850 psig @ 120°F High Pressure Recycle System
  • 25 lb/MMSCF Water Removal
  • 12 bbl/MMSCF Hydrocarbon Liquid Recovery as Sales Oil
  • One (1) 44” OD x 8’ Independent Low Temperature Separator (LTS) to prevent overloading of compressor scrubber
  • Two (2) 30” ID x 18’ Gas-Gas Exchangers
  • One (1) 20” ID x 6’ Gas-Liquids Exchanger
  • 6500 psig Thornhill Craver JT Valve c/w Fisher Actuator and DVC6200 Positioner
  • Danfoss CLP675H Hydrate Inhibitor Pump
  • A/B CompactLogix Modular Controller System c/w 10” PanelView HMI
  • Micro Motion Elite CMF100 Mass Flow Meter c/w MVD‑2500 Transmitter
  • Compact Skid: 8’ Wide x 20’ Long
  • Operational Q1 2015
