Plains Midstream – Regina Wascana Pipeline

Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided complete EPCM services for Plains Midstream for the reversal of the Wascana 12” pipeline to send crude volumes south from their Regina, Saskatchewan terminal to the Plains All American (PAA) facility in Trenton, North Dakota. The crude oil is transported at a minimum daily flow rate of 17,000 bbl/day. The pumping system is also designed to be able to pump 17,000 bbl/day of heavy crude oil from the Regina, Saskatchewan terminal to the Enbridge Regina Facility via the South Saskatchewan Pipeline (SSPL).
