IPC – Suffield N2N North Well Tie-Ins and New Satellite

Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided complete EPCM services on the development of the N2N Well Tie-In’s for IPC Canada. The development was split into 10 projects. The existing wellsites were originally single well battery’s (SWB’s). The SWB’s were removed, and gathering systems were built to tie into existing multi-well battery systems. IPC’s Alkali Surfactant Polymer (ASP) Injection Facility and injection system were also expanded. The development project scope included:

  • Install Five (5) New ASP Injection Pipelines
  • Install Five (5) New Oil Effluent Pipelines
  • Install Future Water Injection Pipelines
  • Tie-in 3 New ASP Injection Wells, 5 Existing ASP Wells, 1 Future Conversion Producer to Injector
  • Tie-in 6 New Oil Producing Wells, 11 Existing Oil Producing Wells
  • Tie-in 4 Existing Source Water Wells
  • Riser Upgrades At Existing Sites including installation of Pig Sender / Reciever Units
  • One (1) New Satellite
  • Full in-house EI&C Engineering
