Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided EPCM services to upgrade Enerplus’ Kingsford 10-22-4-7-W2M Oil Battery to increase production rates. The oil battery was handling 274m³/d of emulsion (240 m³/d Water and 34 m³/d Oil). After the upgrades the facility will be able to handles roughly 1800 m³/d of emulsion. Project scope included the installation of:
- One (1) 6’ x 25’ FWKO
- Two (2) 1000 bbl Water Tanks (Disposal, Settling)
- One (1) Water Injection Skid
- One (1) Instrument Air Package
- One (1) Flare Stack c/w Auto Ignition
- One (1) MCC Building
- One (1) Office / Control Room
- VRU Control System
- Relocate existing 300 bbl Pop Tank
- Removal of two (2) existing 400 bbl Water Tanks
