The original 01-31 Freda Lake Oil Battery was built in 1968 and was an aging facility that needed replacing due to safety and environmental reasons. It was decided to build a new oil battery, rather than upgrade the existing one. Installed equipment included:
- 10’ x 40’ FWKO
- Move Existing / Refurbished Treater
- Two (2) 2000 bbl Water Tanks
- Two (2) 1000 bbl Oil Tanks
- One (1) Recycle / Transfer Skid
- One (1) Instrument Air Package
- One (1) Flare Stack c/w Auto Ignition
- One (1) Flare Knockout Drum (FKOD)
- One (1) MCC Building
- One (1) Office / Control Room
- One (1) Water Injection Pump Skid c/w two REDA pumps
- Associated piping, valves, and fittings
- Pipelines to existing header systems
- Demolition and cleanup of existing 01-31 site
