Devon Energy – Coleman New Control Room

Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided complete EPCM services for Devon Energy to build a control room at the Coleman Gas Processing Facility. The new control room was built to replace an aging control building and was built further away from the processing area for increased safety.

The new control room consists of multiple modular buildings that were joined on site and contains the following design features:

  • One (1) Main Control Room
  • One (1) Engineering Room
  • One (1) Permit Room
  • One (1) Kitchen
  • Two (2) Bathrooms Including Showers and Lockers
  • One (1) Server Room
  • One (1) Utility Closet
  • Three (3) Entry Vestibules
  • Two (2) Offices
  • Independent HVAC Systems for Main Building and Server Room
  • In-floor Cable Tray between Control Room and Server / Electrical Rooms
  • Utilities including Power, Hot Water, HVAC, and Sewer
