Gas Liquids Engineering has undertaken over 6000 projects of varying size and scope since our inception in 1987. Our company has worked for over 500 clients ranging from small “one well” companies to large multinational oil companies and state oil companies. The majority of our projects have been undertaken in Canada but about 30% of our work is international.
Internationally, Gas Liquids Engineering has designed, engineered and project managed over 250 oil and gas processing unit operations and associated infrastructure. Projects outside of Canada have been undertaken in Argentina, Bahrain, Bolivia, CIS, Czech Republic, Cuba, Egypt, Italy, Iran, Kurdistan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Poland, Spain, Syria, United States of America, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, United Kingdom and the Ukraine. Peter Griffin
Vice President, Operations & Global Projects
Peter Griffin, Ph.D., P.Eng., has over 35 years of energy industry and research experience and he leads the development of new initiatives and projects outside of Canada from initial business development to final project execution.
Peter has multi-disciplinary experience in engineering, financial analysis, business development planning and management, plus operations experience in reservoir, production and project engineering. He has extensive project management and consulting experience in North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East.
Peter has expanded Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd’s (GLE’s) activities into new global markets to offer both our employees and our clients access to a wider range of experience and expertise.
Elisa Pernisa
Manager, Latin America Business Development
Elisa Pernisa, PMP, is a Business Manager in Latin America for Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE), with 11 years of international team experience and business development. Elisa post graduated in Project Management, and has extensive experience in dealing with cultural diversity. Elisa has worked for Embassies and Consulates, and been responsible for establishing new services for past companies, focusing on the company’s portfolio, methodologies and improving existing services. Her role has been to support the business development of each establishment, bringing new national and international clients together in Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico and the United States.
Karen Lemus
Manager, Mexico Business Development
Karen Lemus, BF, Marketing, first collaborated with Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) in the finance area eight years ago. Karen then started focusing on marketing and business development in diverse areas where she has over 5 years of experience. She has worked and developed from scratch diverse projects in technology, culture and environment. Her practical approach, hands on nature and problem solving experience has been a great asset to the teams she has led or joined.
Karen came back to join Gas Liquids Engineering in 2017 to lead GLE’s business development in Mexico.
