Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) provided design and construction of a propane and butane truck-out facility located near Olds, Alberta. Due to unreliability of the existing rail loading facility, a butane and propane truck-out facility was added to the rail loading facility which allows for consistent shipment for these products. Project scope included:
- One (1) propane loading skid c/w coriolis meter and Mercaptan stenching skid
- One (1) butane loading skid c/w coriolis meter
- Truck ticketing terminal
- Associated above ground piping c/w pipe rack and piles
- Control and instrumentation to facilitate remote automated control of the truck loading
